Stroke Resource Cards
The Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick has created a series of seven bilingual stroke resources cards. Each card contains a variety of local, provincial and national resources that may be of assistance to stroke survivors along with their family members and/or caregivers during the recovery process. The resource cards can be accessed by clicking on the locations found below. For more information please contact Erin Staal, Stroke Strategy Coordinator, at 634-1620 or toll free at 1-(800)-663-3600.
Moncton Area Health care professionals can find additional information by accessing the Stroke Information Card here.
Each card accessed through this webpage has been prepared by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, July 2011. See website for updates: www.heartandstroke.nb.ca/resourcecards.
